Meanwhile, physicians fact-checked former President Donald Trump’s false assertions that abortions are being performed “in the ninth month” and after birth.

Oncologist Tatiana Prowell, MD, responded to the discussion of the Affordable Care Act at the debate by sharing her experiences as a physician before its implementation: “We are NEVER EVER going back to that.”

“This is why the hobbies section exists #Match2025!” said child and adolescent psychiatry fellow @awsumpowers, responding to a video of doctors performing a barbershop-style serenade to a pediatric patient.

“I hate our damn healthcare system, how we think about patients, and how we think about the role of families,” said emergency physician Megan Ranney, MD, MPH, sharing her personal experience of supporting a sick family member.

Former Surgeon General Jerome Adams, MD, MPH, used the axiom “the dose makes the poison” as an analogy for understanding masking and infection risk.

“We deserve better,” said Lindsey Shelton, RN, addressing the abuse and violence nurses endure in patient care settings.

Surgeon @dr.shanmd took to TikTok to recount an experience where a patient mistook her for a nurse, pointing out the gender biases women face in healthcare.

Leslie Gonzalez, DO, shared an inspiring message urging her followers to ignore discouragement, reflecting on how she overcame this and is now interviewing with top hospitals.

How do you come home from a shift? @nurseblake reenacted the different ways.
