Manchester United are out for revenge this weekend when they travel to Bournemouth in the Premier League.
One of the many low points of a dismal campaign, the Red Devils fell to a woeful 3-0 home defeat against Andoni Iraola’s side back in December. Dominic Solanke and co. tore through Erik ten Hag’s side on that occasion, but redemption will be on the mind for the Man Utd players this Saturday.
They haven’t been in particularly inspiring form ahead of a trip to the south coast, failing to win any of their last three matches. Incredibly late goals against Brentford and Chelsea saw them drop points in their charge for top four, while a slightly fortuitous draw against Liverpool last time out hasn’t papered over the cracks.
Bournemouth had been in impressive form until their 2-1 defeat to Luton Town last weekend, with four wins from their five outings prior to Kenilworth Road. They may find themselves 12th in the table but victory at the Vitality Stadium on Saturday would see them move within five points of Man Utd with six games to play.

Marcus Tavernier may have scored against Luton but he was also withdrawn due to a hamstring injury. He will miss out on the visit of Man Utd and could be out for the remainder of the campaign, joining Ryan Fredericks and Luis Sinisterra in the treatment room.
Chris Mepham should return after illness and Tyler Adams could be available after missing out against Luton through a back issue. Antoine Semenyo was also substituted against the Hatters through injury and his return date is unknown.
