Saints vs Falcons Game Picks: New Orleans starts 2-0 in NFC South

After a disappointing home loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, the New Orleans Saints will head out on the road to face their hated division rival, the Atlanta Falcons, on Sunday.

Let’s take a look at the game picks for the matchup:

Saints +3 (-118)
The Saints’ offense was sluggish in the Dome against the Eagles, so they will definitely be looking for a bounce-back game. Chris Olave is set to be a game-time decision with a hamstring injury, but the Saints will still be able to get some offense rolling with Alvin Kamara playing incredible football to start the season.

Defensively, the Saints will be without some key pieces, including Demario Davis, who has never missed a game due to injury in his career. They will need some younger pieces to step up, especially Pete Werner. Atlanta is missing key pieces on their offensive line, much like the Saints, but I believe Alontae Taylor will continue to dominate and get his fifth sack of the young season.

Another thing to look out for is the Saints have won 4 of the last 5 games in Atlanta, so I look for them to pick up another critical win and start the season 3-1 and have a 2-game lead in the NFC South.
